MEET MATT LINDENMEYER

At first, I thought baseball was my thing. I ate, slept and breathed baseball. It consumed me – until I started having debilitating shoulder pains. I didn't know what to expect from physical therapy, but I knew I needed it. And the experience inspired me. It opened my eyes to careers that restore, heal and revive.

Thanks to physical therapy, I reignited my passion for sports.
More importantly, I discovered an intense need to help others.

For the past 14 years, I've worked to study, observe, and apply the most effective fitness and lifestyle methods possible to myself and to my clients. I consider everything I do from strength training, nutrition, sleep, and mindset training to be “research and development” on maximizing how we feel and perform.

Then I became a dad.

People always say that becoming a parent changes you and changes the what and why of how you do your work. They are correct. My kids created a new shift in my passion, in my purpose, in my “thing”. I realized that we all need a reason (beyond the scale or bathing suite) to strive to be as healthy as possible.

Becoming a father made that reason crystal clear. More than ever before, I was invigorated with a passion to be the healthiest human being possible not for the sake of aesthetics or performance alone but to live a long life, full of experiences with my wife and children, all while having a body that never slowed me down and never stopped me from doing exactly what I wanted to do.

Life inspires me.

Achieving mind and body freedom warrants discipline and consistency.

The first part of the transformation process into real health happens when we realize we have to view our health and fitness as an ever-evolving journey over our lifetimes – full of ups and downs – as we continue to learn what the best methods and strategies are for each of us to reach our maximum potential.

ML Fitness will continue to evolve its methods and strategies so that you are living the life you want.

“This experience has given me the support to do things I would have never dreamed of before like swimming competitively and nationally! I now have a total of 29 swims/races that I have participated in in the last four years! Thank you, Matt!”
