Monthly Webinars: Each month, I'll host a 50-minute live webinar and address your most common questions and concerns.

Your 12-week online program will include exclusive access to:

  • Onboarding Assistance: You'll receive daily emails and videos for the first two weeks of your program. These emails will provide additional support and information to help you maximize program effectiveness.

  • Self-Exercise Assessment (SEA): To create your ideal program, we'll develop the SEA together in the first week. We'll use this to help you learn to isolate and truly feel your muscles, perfect movements they are designed to do, and find weak muscles or motions that are preventing you from reaching your highest potential. 

  • Customized Training via Fitness App: Your program will be designed based on your goals, needs, and limitations. Each 12-week program is broken up into 2-week workout blocks, delivering you six different routines. This training is specifically designed to make sure that every major movement of your body is performed, ensuring that major muscles are being targeted and developed, which will help limit future weakness and potential injury.

  • Videos of Each Exercise in Your Routine: I'll show you how to do each routine – how to perform the movement, where to feel it, and the appropriate visualization techniques to create the best possible exercise.
     
  • Nutritional Guidelines: I'll provide you an outline with the most important aspect and guidelines for your nutrition plan. This isn't a diet, but a structured approach that incorporates nutrient-dense foods, and eliminates foods that could be harmful.
     
  • Sleep Guidelines: Based on my knowledge on improving sleep and circadian rhythms, I've created a document that is designed to help refine and improve your current habits. 
     
  • Mindset Training: I'll provide you with ideas and ways to train your mind to be as strong as possible – and to reduce stress. Your mind is a muscle, and it needs exercise too.
     
  • Tracking Tools: With my app, we'll track your important body metrics like body circumference and body fat percentage. We'll also visually track your progress by taking photographs. We'll adapt and modify your program as needed, based on these measurements as we go.
